West Hampshire Centre AGM 2008
The forty-fourth Annual General Meeting of the West Hampshire Centre of the Caravan Club will be held at Bashley Park, New Milton on Saturday 4th October 2008 at 1.30pm.
As required by Rule 6(c) Rules Governing Centres, nominations for Executive Office or Committee signed by the nominee must be received in writing by the Centre Honorary Secretary not later than 14 days prior to the Meeting (20th September, by 1.30pm).
Only members who submitted their Centre Registration Card at least 35 days prior to the date of the meeting are entitled to speak or vote, although the Club Constitution does not forbid the admission of spouses or other persons of the Member’s family.
MEMBERS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THEIR MEMBERSHIP CARD BEFORE RECEIVING THEIR VOTING PAPER AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL MEMBERS AND FAMILY MEMBERS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE IN POSSESSION OF BALLOT PAPERS PRIOR TO A BALLOT TAKING PLACE.
Copies of the Balance Sheet and Accounts, The Chairman’s Report and Minutes will be available on arrival at the AGM rally or at the meeting.

As required by Rule 6(d) - Rules Governing Centres, formal Notices of Motions, duly signed by the proposer and seconder, must be received in writing by the Centre Honorary Secretary not later than 35 days prior to the meeting (30th August 2008) in order to allow sufficient time, for details to be published. Motions received after this date cannot be included in the Agenda.
